Civil Connections Night, hosted by the Civil Engineering Department at 91ÖÆƬ³§, will take place on Monday, November 17, 2025, and provides a great opportunity for you to connect with students and fellow employers.

Join us for a fun evening of networking and socializing at 91ÖÆƬ³§ - Kelowna Campus. This event is open to any current 91ÖÆƬ³§ Civil Engineering Technology students, providing a great opportunity to meet new people and make connections within the civil engineering community. Civil Connections is an event designed to bridge the gap between students and potential employers. Civil Connections provides a unique platform for students pursuing careers in civil engineering, construction management and related fields, to interact with industry professionals. Through networking sessions and panel discussions, students have the opportunity to gain valuable insights, explore job opportunities, and establish connections with employers in the civil engineering sector. Civil Connections is aimed to empower students with the knowledge and connections necessary to kickstart their careers in this dynamic industry.

Price: Free for current 91ÖÆƬ³§ Civil Engineering Technology Students | $120 for Employers (covering 2 attendees)

Registration Deadline: 

Employer Deadline: Friday, November 7, 2025
To secure your spot and reserve a table, please complete your registration by this date. There is a $120 fee, which covers two attendees. Registration can be completed through our  page. After registering, kindly reply with the names of your company representatives who will be attending.

Student Deadline: No deadline, please feel free to register up until the time the event starts!
 

Agenda:

• 5:00 – 5:30 PM: Pizza and Mingle
• 5:30 – 6:30 PM: PowerPoint Presentations
• 6:30 – 8:00 PM: Mingle
• 8:30 PM: Event Concludes

PowerPoint Submission:
Please remember to submit three PowerPoint slides for the event. Each company will have two minutes to present and introduce themselves. The submission deadline for slides is Friday, November 7, 2025, but early submissions are appreciated.
